Our Managing Partner Sertel Şıracı contributed to the III. Culture Industry and Copyright Symposium with a paper on “The Use of Works in the Learning of Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property.”
The presentation delved into contentious aspects such as the legality of using works as “input” in AI learning and challenges in proving claims in related lawsuits.
The proceedings will be compiled into a book for those unable to attend, and we extend our gratitude to all contributors.
